In-Person and Online Counseling Options

Some clients opt for a hybrid counseling option which allows them to participate in both in-person and online counseling sessions throughout the counseling process. The virtual counseling service is also always available to clients who primarily attend in-person sessions. We recognize that things can come up that would make it difficult for you to attend your in-person session, so the online option is available for you as well. This is especially helpful when clients are traveling and would like to continue counseling care. 

Online Counseling with Built-in Security

Our team places the highest priority on client security and confidentiality. Our virtual counselors utilize a secure online platform that is HIPAA-compliant and accessible to both our virtual counselors and clients.

At the onset of the virtual counseling process, all of our clients will receive a secure, personalized link to meet with their designated counselor on a secure platform. This link can be used for every session throughout the counseling process.
